Consoles vs PC – My Gaming Journey

Like many of you, I grew up playing video games. Childhood memories are full of late-night missions in Vice City, tactical plays in IGI, and hours spent exploring virtual worlds. Over time, life shifted my focus elsewhere, and gaming slowly took a back seat.

But after almost a decade, gaming has made its way back into my life and it feels just as exciting as the first time I picked up a controller.

My Gaming Setup

Today, I get to experience games across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. I own a PS5 and also play on my ROG gaming laptop, which has been an absolute beast for smooth performance and graphics.

Console vs PC: My Preference

Consoles:
Playing on consoles has its charm, especially for racing or driving games. The controller feels natural for steering, and the immersive experience is unmatched. But when it comes to precision, I’ve always found console controllers a little tricky. For example, the Xbox controller doesn’t quite sit right with me—the triggers feel uneven compared to PlayStation’s, which is why I personally prefer PS over Xbox.

PC Gaming:
When it comes to action games, PC is my clear winner. The controls are smoother, easier to customize, and give me much better accuracy. Nothing beats the flexibility of a keyboard and mouse in fast-paced missions.

Why I Prefer PlayStation Over Xbox

While Xbox has its own fan base, I’ve always leaned toward PlayStation. The controller design feels more balanced and natural in my hands, and PlayStation’s exclusives have a unique appeal. It’s no surprise that PS continues to dominate the console market.

Final Thoughts

Gaming, for me, is not just about entertainment—it’s about reliving those childhood memories and experiencing new adventures. Whether it’s on PC or console, the joy of gaming is timeless.
